The deal.
By using FWD, you agree to a few simple terms. We've kept them short and readable — because terms nobody understands aren't really terms at all.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. One person, one real account.
Follow the Community Guidelines. No spam, harassment, impersonation, scraping, or using FWD to harm others. Misuse the trust of the network and we can suspend or remove your account.
What you post stays yours. You grant FWD a limited license to display it to the people you choose, strictly to operate the service. We don't claim ownership and we don't repurpose it for advertising.
FWD is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't guarantee every introduction or outcome. We may update features, and we'll tell you about material changes to these terms.
You can leave any time by deleting your account. We can end access if these terms or the guidelines are broken. Some provisions naturally survive — like ownership of your content and limits on liability.
This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for the full legal Terms of Use. The legally binding text lives at /terms-of-use.
